"I really think you all are doing a great job. I get support when I need it and
they are always helpful and polite. I notice when you see a problem one of us
is having you jump in and try to help. I also like the fact that you monitor
our channels, I saw the sysadmin (more than once) stop things that are illegal
or not allowed and that's actually beneficial to all of us although some may
disagree. I know you have to help us or you wont make money either,
but all of you at site really seem to care about what's fair and what isn't.
