There are so many wonderful things about Fan Clubs, it's impossible
to squeeze them all into this little space here. So we dedicated an

How do I activate my FanClub?
Your site FanClub is just like any other page on the site platform
-- it is created automatically when you register your site Chathost
account, and becomes accessible to site visitors when your
documentation materials for your Chathost account are approved by site'
Compliance Department.
How do I manage or edit my FanClub?

The easiest method is to "make like a surfer". Close your
browser, restart your browser, and go directly to your FanClub home
page: http://FanClubs.site.net/Stars/YOUR-SCREENNAME
Who can Join my FanClub?
Any adult can join your FanClub. Your FanClub is a one-click join
for any of the millions and millions of documented adults on the site
platform. Because FanClubs is a part of the site platform, and site
shields minors from sensitive content using the site credit-card
wall, site membership is a prerequisite for one-click join access;
however, individuals can also join your FanClub directly, even if
they're not already members of site. But to do so, they have to fill
out the full credit-card join form provided through your Fanclub.
How am I paid when someone joins my FanClub?
You earn credit for a FanClub join, as well as a FanClub renewal,
the moment site collects the funds from the FanClub member. Your
FanClub earnings are automatically added to your weekly site payout
package. Because FanClubs are integrated directly into the site
platform (your FanClub home page replaces your Profile Page, for
example), proceeds are divided evenly and are otherwise treated in
the same fashion as your videochat payroom revenues, with one
exception: Your FanClub earnings are not subject to the 5%
six-month reserve applied to live payroom minutes; you receive your
full payout without delay, no reserve adjustments are applied.

Do I collect 100% of all revenues if I
bring the customer to site myself?
Of course! site is built on a simple premise: When site delivers the
customer, and you deliver the content, proceeds are split 50-50. But
when you deliver the customer, you keep every penny that
customer directly spends with you.
To ensure that you earn credit for such customers, site provides
an easy-to-use "full-credit" join link. For example, if
your VCH screenname is "AMANDA36C", your full-credit join

Provide this simple link to any prospective customer that you
introduce to site, and you'll collect 100% of everything that
customer spends with you: Your FanClub membership revenues, your
live videochat revenues, shopping cart revenues, even FanClub
GetCloserTM revenues. (GetCloser
is a new income-generating capability introduced in Jan. 2004).

What about when someone cancels his
FanClub membership with me?
As a part of the site platform (see above), you are paid when site
is paid, and if site experiences a refund or chargeback, you also
share in that return. So, if a member cancels his FanClub membership
with you in a way that does not result in a refund or chargeback,
you are fully paid for that member. However, if the member cancels
his FanClub membership in a way that results in site not collecting
any membership amount, or refunding the membership amount, then
there are no proceeds from the membership.
Where can I go to find out how much I
have earned from my FanClub?
All applicable revenue, including previous payment history, and the
amount of your next payment, is reported in your FanClub editing
facility under "My FanClub Revenue Report"
What parts of my FanClub are updated
automatically?
All the parts that your Fans like the most! "Eye Candy" (pics,
vids, replays, fan faves, Elite Live Moments) and "Secrets
& Fantasies" are both populated automatically as you host
live site videochat sessions, update your regular site archive
content, and as your fans, site members, even other Chathost Stars
rate your archives. Also, some Stars have active discussion boards
whre FanClub members exchange news and information about their
favorite Star ... all without the Star's participation! (Of course,
we encourage Stars to moderate their own discussion boards). Bottom
line: Some of the most popular areas of your FanClub freshens
themselves and are self-updating ... even while you sleep or take a
vacation!
Can I remove any content that's
updated automatically?
Absolutely. Remember that your FanClub contains only two kinds of
content: 1.) Content you place there, and which you can remove at
any time, and 2.) Content that your fans place there, which you also
can remove any time. You are always in complete control of your
FanClub ... not your Fans, not Site, but you. To control your
FanClub content, use your FanClub Manager tool.
How much can I expect to earn
with my FanClub?
The potential is enormous. Some loyal, longtime site chathosts have
as many as 10,000 members on their site "Fan Lists"
(that's the list to which you can send messages from your site
chathost console or the videochat-session sign-in page, and which
grows over time as site visitors opt in to your live videochat, or
send you if-grams, or select the "Notify me when live"
feature on your site profile page. If you can convert even a small fraction
of these fans into FanClub members, do that math ... That's dozens,
hundreds, perhaps even thousands of FanClub members
generating monthly renewal income to you, like clockwork, at FanClub
monthly prices ranging between $14.99 and $29.99 per month.
What advantages does FanClubs
offer over the free MySite Hosting Platform?
The free www.Mysite.net hosting platform -- available only to site
chathosts -- is an excellent "do-it-yourself" resource for
Stars who have strong HTML, javascript and webmastering skills.
However, because the number of fully-developed chathost websites on
the free hosting platform is very small, relative to the total
number of active site chathosts, the Mysite hosting platform is not
highly visible across the site service. As a result, chathosts who
use the free hosting platform have to fight for traffic and
exposure, just like any webmaster on the internet. (It's easy to
build a website ... but hard to attract shoppers and buyers to a
website).
FanClubs is different in all these respects. FanClubs offers
several advantages over the free mysite.net hosting platform,

Is my privacy protected on the FanClubs
platform?
Of course. FanClubs continues site' legendary prowess for
safeguarding your privacy and ensuring that people you don't want to
see your unfiltered, uncensored materials, can't see your
unfiltered and uncensored materials. For example, if you've
configured your chathost "block zones" feature to prevent
individuals from Las Vegas (where you live now) or from the Chicago
suburban zip code 60195 (where you grew up and where your family
still resides) from seeing your unfiltered archives or accessing
your live uncensored videochat, those same individuals will not be
able to join your FanClub and will not be able to see your
uncensored and unfiltered content in your FanClub.
What are the benefits of the new 'My
Hot Friends' circle?
Through the "My Hot Friends" circle capability, you can

How can I tell who has added me to
their Friends List?
Easy! Click the "See Friends List" option in your FanClub,
as a viewer would. The list of stars that appear in the right column
are those stars who have added you to their Friends List.
What is the free site FanClub hotline?
The free site FanClub Hotline is where your FanClub members can have
private, personal contact with you, via your own toll-free
number and extension. Information about how to use the free FanClub
hotline is provided in your FanClub editing facility.
How do I update my Pin number for the
FanClub Hotline?
You'll find your pin number under the "Features I should Update
Only Once in a While" link that appears in your FanClub edit
facility. (look towards the bottom of the page)
What is this new "GetCloser"
feature I've been hearing about?
An optional part of the FanClub platform, GetCloser is a great new
way to "get closer" to your fans and videochat regulars,
through regular toll-free telephone calls that take place through
the FanClub hotline. GetCloser is not only toll-free (for both
parties to the call), but it's also privacy-protected. Your fans
never know your phone number, and you never know theirs. At your
option, you can even generate additional pay-per-minute revenue
from these calls, even when you're not onlne. If you've ever
wondered if you can earn income from your fans while driving your
car or shopping at the mall, GetCloser may be for you. If you've
ever felt that you were spending too much time talking on the
telephone with your site fans, but had too little to show for it,
GetCloser may be for you.

How are archive materials
organized in my FanClub?
There are four levels of access in every FanClub:
- Guests -- all archives and thumbnails are censored
- site members -- archives available on the site website are
also available to any site members who check out your Fan Club,
while all other FanClub archive materials are censored
- FanClub members -- all archives published on site, plus
any unpublished archive materials (for example, archive images
once marked favorite, but which you subsequently removed from
favorites), and;
- FanClub "Star" level -- the level accessible only to
the Star herself, so that she can edit her FanClub and remove any
archive materials from her FanClub's reach, at all
FanClub access levels. In other words, the Star has full
"veto" authority over each archive in her
FanClub, regardless of whether it is labeled a 'Favorite' on site,
or otherwise published on site.
Why are replays available on my FanClub?
Prior to the debut of FanClubs, replays represented the only way on site
for fee-based chathosts to earn income on a 24/7 continuous basis.
While replays continue to serve as a "value alternative"
to live sessions for site members who can't afford live videochat
rates or a FanClub membership, they also suffer from another
important limitation: Like a television set with only one channel
that you can tune in, a chathost can run only one replay at a given
time. With FanClubs, however, your paying FanClub members can be
simultaneuosly downloading any material from your Replay
Library. Also, our own research has determined that the tiny amount
of revenues generated from replay shows - a trivially small fraction
of the revenues generated from live videochats -- is substantially
less than the revenue potential of FanClubs. (In other words, if
you're thinking of removing all your Replay material from the
members-only area of your FanClub, don't -- that's being penny-wise
and pound foolish.)
How can I listen to voice messages
left for me by my members?
If a FanClub member leaves you a personal message on the Free
FanClub HotLine System, it's easy to retrieve it, right from within
your browser. There's two ways to do so: First, while editing your
FanClub, under "Features I should update Daily", look for
the "Listen to your FanClub Hotline Voice Mails" option.
The second area is in your FanClub member list. ("Review My
FanClub Activity --> My FanClub Member List"). In the
"Comment" column, you'll find any message that has been
left for you by that member, and a hotlink to play it.
I'm trying to add other ChatHosts'
archives to my Favorite Fantasies, but getting errors. What's wrong?
Some Stars have had trouble adding "My Favorite
Fantasies", and it's usually because they've got more than one
FanClub and accidentally had the wrong FanClub logged in when they
tried to add the Fantasies entries. Check out this
screen shot; it'll show you just where to look to confirm that
you've got the right screen name logged in.
Can I upload my own videos for my FanClub
members?
You bet! If you have your own videoclips that you'd like to share
with your FanClub members, and they present only people who are
already documented on site as being 18+, simply upload them directly
to your FanClub! In your FanClub Edit Facility, simply click on
"VideoClips" or "replays", and you'll find a
link to the videoclip-upload form.
