Notice: Effective October 2003, site offers a more convenient, faster and versatile method to prove your age and host on site: It's called "The 18+ site ID Card". With your site ID card, you have greater control over payments, you can manage multiple VCH screennames, you can register new screennames for immediate use on site, without requiring additional approval, and more. Effective January 1, 2004, all videochat activity on site must be performed under an 18+ site ID Card. Click here for more information)Before you can host a videochat room on site, you must complete the online registration form (step #1 below) and provide site with materials that prove you are at least 18 years of age. Here's what we need from you:
(Required). This is the initial online registration form, where you choose your videochat screenname and provide other information about your videochat room. You must complete this form and obtain your video chathost screenname before using any of the facilities below.
(Required). Once you have successfully obtained your chathost screenname, you must print this, sign it, and send it to site, via fax, snail-mail, or if you've scanned it to disk, you can also upload it using the Early-Approval Uploader below. (Note that your proof-of-age, in the form of driver's license, passport and other photo ID, must accompany this form). For more information, see the instructions on the form.
Video Chathost License Agreement
(Required). You must print this, sign it, and send it to site, via fax, snail-mail, or you if you've scanned it to disk, you can also upload it using the Early-Approval Uploader below. For more information, see the instructions on the form.
Early-Approval Photo-ID Uploader (requires your chathost login & password)
(Optional). This utility allows you to transmit to site your drivers-license or other photo-ID information, as required by the Age-Release Form (above). Although you are also required to mail us hard-copy versions (see the age-release form instructions), if you upload legible gif/jpeg/bmp versions of these same documents, we can immediately approve your account for chathosting before we receive the hard-copy materials in the mail.
Early-Approval Chathost License Agreement Uploader (requires your chathost login & password)
(Optional). This utility allows you to transmit to site the Chathost License Agreement, as required (see above). Although you are also required to mail us hard-copy versions (see the Chathost License Agreement for instructions), if you upload legible gif/jpeg/bmp versions of these same documents, we can immediately approve your account for chathosting before we receive the hard-copy materials in the mail.
Host Age Documentation Session (ADS session; requires your chathost login & password)
(Required). This is a special ifCam-based webcam session -- sometimes called an "ADS session" -- that takes just a few minutes. You use it to take webcam snapshots of your face and photo ID, and transmit directly to site' age-documentation staff. Click here for more information.
