Be Available and Visible Be ready, willing and able to chat anytime Guests find you online. Let them know when you are available by keeping your Host schedule updated and current. If you say you’re going to be online, be online – or note that on a specific date at a specific time, you will not be available. Give your Guests 100% of your attention by focusing on them! Remember: they are paying for every minute of their time spent with you. Stay in front of the camera – do not leave your room empty with a note saying “back in a few.” If you are in the middle of a session and you must use the restroom or take a snack break, it is better to tell your Guests something urgent has come up, apologize and tell them when you’ll return. Then go offline.
